Our therapists are registered with all of the Health Funds. HICAPS is available for your convenience, which means that with the majority of Health Funds, you can claim instantly on the day. If your Health Fund is not registed with HICAPS for Remedial Massage, we are able to issue you with a receipt with which you can then claim your rebate either online or manually. What Are Your Payment Policies?Payment methods accepted include cash, debit or credit cards on the day of your appointment or bank deposit/transfer prior to your appointment. For your convenience, EFTPOS and HICAPS is also available. If choosing to pay via bank deposit or bank transfer, please contact Sydney Remedial Massage for our bank details and email a screen shot of your receipt for confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment. What Can I Expect From My Session?If this is your first clinic appointment, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than the stated appointment time as you will be required to fill in a quick questionnaire which will assist the therapist in evaluating your individual circumstances and tailor the session to your needs. During the massage, please feel free to communicate as much or as little as you like – remember, this is all about you! What Do I Need to Know About My Appointment?Your scheduled appointment time is the time that your massage starts. Please schedule sufficient time prior to your appointment to allow for traffic, parking, use of the facilities and/or changing, or to fill in any necessary paperwork. We suggest at least at least 10 minutes if it is your initial appointment and 5 minutes if it is a return appointment.

What Happens If I'm Running Late or If I Can't Make My Appointment?We request at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Please phone 0406 136 213. Please note that cancellation fees will apply with less than 24 hours notice. If you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate you so that your session is not compromised. Please bear in mind that this may not always be possible due to other appointments and that the session will be charged at the booked rate. What Happens After The Massage?Please make sure that you get up from the table only when you are ready to. The therapist will leave the room temporarily so that you can re-dress in private. Please drink 1L of water following your session. Water helps your body to rehydrate and is essential following your massage as it can help eliminate toxins from your system. What Are Your Cancellation / Rescheduling Policies?At Sydney Remedial Massage, we appreciate that sometimes, "life happens" and you will not be able to keep your appointment. With respect to Sydney Remedial Massages’ other clients, we request that at least 24 hours notice is given should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The following cancellation fees will apply should appropriate notice not be given.
